Personal
Profile - founder
After
many years in the import/export business in the United States,
a young American woman named Heather chose to embark on
an adventure of which she had always dreamed: live in Italy
to experience its culture, art, history, culinary traditions
and import/export business environment.
After
several years abroad, she began work in the food industry,
discovering the merits of organic agriculture in a country
which ranks among the first in the world for land dedicated
to organic farming.

Heather,
thanks to her insatiable sweet tooth, began to specialize
in cookie products, and decided to export the first organic
high quality cookies from Italy back to her home country,
the USA!
The
choice of Organics was not a casual one. Rather it
was made with the specific intent of bringing to America
a healthier orientation to snack food.
Cookies
and sweets are the preferred food of children, not to mention
