PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

• Shopping at PRIMA is fun and easy. You may choose among three different on-line purchase options.
  Our cookies are boxed as: “3 Pack”, “4 Pack” or “8 Pack”. And you can choose which of our 4 distinctive flavors to include in each “Pack”.
• All orders will be shipped via “DHL”, standard ground (1-6 business days). If you prefer more rapid delivery, you may choose second day or overnight service. Delivery is currently not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
• The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Choose from above “3 Pack” / “4 Pack” / or “8 Pack”:
   – a “3 Pack” contains 3 boxes of cookies
   – a “4 Pack” contains 4 boxes of cookies
   – an “8 Pack” contains 8 boxes of cookies
2. Choose your flavors - Select the flavors that you would like to include in your 3 Pack, 4 Pack or 8 Pack.
3. Insert your personal and shipping information - After having made your “Pack” and flavor choices, double check your cart to make sure it contains the products you desire. You will then be asked to register with us, entering your personal information including your address and preferred shipping location. You will also be asked to accept our “Terms of Service”.
4. Order Confirmation - After having inserted the information requested in step 3, you will be asked to confirm your order.
5. Payment on-line - Enter your credit card information and your payment will be processed. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
6. E-mail confirmation - Once your bank has authorized payment, your order will be processed for shipment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us detailing your purchase.
